So this is a bit of a … Well it is a random post. for those of you who don `t know, I’m playing a browser-based strategy game called OGame. The game is owned & operated by Gameforge productions, and is simple in its setup at least.

The game is mostly text based, but it also has a lot of different shots, some changes as you progress through the ranks. But this game is extremely time consuming and very strategic. Everything is real-time based and has a kind of resource cost. You as the emperor to promote your worlds from a fundamental (before the war, but the computer, or sci-fi) community to a space fairing empire. Sorry this description sounds a little weird, but that’s what the game is basically.

I play it with my uncle who is a good little ways in front of me, but we started around the same time. I introduced him to the game, he just went to a high-speed server, where time for construction, manufacturing, research, oh and leads to everything is quicker, before I switched to it.

Anyways, we are both OGame users. When we get up in the morning, check out our game is one of if not the first thing we do. To be around three months old players, we know our way around and my uncle is certainly notorious. In OGame terms he is a Raider, but he will be a fleet one of those days. I think you need a fleet to attack and bring back resources. So I know he will be a fleet, because the man can `t go one hour without sending some sort of attack.

My uncle rank of around 391,514 points, and ranks in at 2054. What I have 25,437 points and ranks in at 4718. In total there are around 10,000 other players on our server and to be at a 4x speed server, all fighting for their right to survive, and check their nine planets. But then again it `s hard for me, with my 2 (soon 3) planets, I can only imagine having the 9th

We are also part of an alliance, for those of you who don `t play games an alliance that is exactly what it sounds like. A group of people or even other alliances that play under one name and banner. We could not have the # 1 fighting alliance (But we are currently number one in research), but we played with very cool and relaxed people.

From large to small, we have them all. We are the people who attack with reason, be it just or not. Me now I’m more a turtle / miner, where as my uncle is a bloody Raider, he shows little mercy, if any. So if you come over to Electra, watch out because he has big plans to move to the top, and he will step on anyone & everyone to get theirs. less he goes on a second expedition, because he always runs into some hostile alien race, and destroy his fleet … or he picks up these “furry little animal” * cough * * cough Tribble *.

I don `t know why I like this game as much as I do, but I do. OK? IF YOU have a problem with IT, COME do something about it … PUNK! Well now that I think about it, I have no idea why I `m writting about all this … Hmm. Well, it `s my blog so.

But this game is strangely brought me and my uncle closer together. It `s somthing we both enjoy and can do toghter … I think over the galaxy. He dosn `t think I can or will, but I want to overtake him just once, if at all possible to get to # 1 spot for him. Just so I can look down (HAHA! Get the look down, it `s funny, because he` d be a lower rank than me, LOL) and say “NANANANANA!” HAHA, I `m such a little kid sometimes. Well I guess that `s my jake, time of day. Oh I just thought of something bad. I will send my uncles coordinates for all of you to attack. again to make, in a way. I `ll get him one way or another. Thanks tho, for someone willing to attack him.

Well im going to stop babbling about this game and go play it some more. I got an empire to build.
